Available Positions

We at Green Crescent Trust (GCT) looking for an “Marketing Manager” with five (05) years of relevant experience for our Head Office (Karachi). The candidate must be MBA Marketing and have good knowledge of fundraising and marketing strategies, including management of our donor relations.
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan. 
  • Review, develop, implement and manage our fundraising and marketing strategies.
  • Have a creative approach to fundraising and fundraiser/donor engagement, recognising the special relationship fundraisers and donors have with GCT.
  • Lead on developing our individual fundraising strategy, moving our fundraising work into local communities.
  • Add guidance and significant value to our growing area of individual giving (including in memoriam gifts, committed giving and legacies), establishing a marketing programme for each area.
  • Ensure excellent two-way communication between the Board of Trustees and the Fundraising and Marketing Team. 
  • Track the performance of all marketing campaigns.
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Qualification: MBA -Marketing Management
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Proficiency in English and 
Urdu language

We at Green Crescent Trust (GCT) looking for an “Internal Auditor” with three (03) years of relevant experience for our Head Office (Karachi). The candidate must be MBA Finance/CA-Inter/ACCA/and have good knowledge of Audits & to ensure compliance.
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Actively participate in the planning and evaluation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and best practices.
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure the company is meeting its regulatory, financial, and operational objectives.
  • Maintaining communication and transparency with management and the audit committee.
  • Create a memorandum of audit findings and process documentation.
  • Analyzing the specific risk management, financial reporting, and performance results.
  • Analyze and review the organization’s expenses, and investments and evaluate financial reports e.g. cash flow statements.
  • Examines documents, primarily reports, statements, files, and memos.
  • Verifies authenticity by comparing documentation with actual inventory or assets.
  • Standard documents and questionnaires are completed to validate internal controls.
Qualification and Requirements:
  • The candidate must be MBA – Finance/ ACCA Qualified / CA Finalist.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the field of internal auditing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure, especially when dealing with tight deadlines.

We at Green Crescent Trust (GCT) looking for a “Curriculum In-Charge” with 03 years of relevant experience for our CERD department Head Office (Karachi). The candidate must be M.Ed/M.A./M.Sc and have good knowledge of Curriculum development and Training/Development of School staff.
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the development and refinement of curriculum frameworks, guidelines, and standards that align with educational objectives and student needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and rigorous learning materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of curriculum content to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and alignment with academic standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through assessments, student performance data, and feedback from teachers and students.
  • Identify areas for curriculum enhancement and work collaboratively to implement improvements that address diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Stay informed about advancements in educational technology, teaching methodologies, and curriculum design, and integrate relevant innovations into curriculum development.
  • Provide professional development and training to educators on curriculum implementation strategies, teaching methods, and assessment techniques.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, teachers, and administrators to ensure the seamless integration of curricular content across different subjects and grade levels.
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Qualification: M.Ed/M.A./M.Sc
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Proficiency in English and Urdu language
